Pick a home, open the unit you want and choose your dates. Instant Book stays are confirmed as soon as you pay. Other hosts have 24 hours to reply, and you pay only once they accept.
The price a night is what you pay a night. You see the full price, with any fees, before you pay.
You can cancel for free until you pay. Once a stay is paid, cancelling doesn't refund it, so check your dates before you pay. Each stay shows its terms before you pay.
The exact address and check-in details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
Book an inspection to see the home, then apply online with your details and documents. If the landlord approves, you sign the lease and pay your move-in costs on Thinplex. Nothing is charged when you apply.
The yearly rent plus any caution, agency, legal and service charges. Every home lists them before you apply.
Some homes take rent every 6 months or monthly. Choose “How you can pay” in Filters to find them.
You pay at checkout through Paystack, and your receipt is saved in your account.
When a refund is due, it goes back to the card or account you paid with.
Create an owner account, add your home with photos and prices, and verify your identity. We review every listing before it goes live.
Yes. Agencies add the owners they work for, then list and manage their homes on Thinplex.
Owners verify before they list, and renters before they sign a lease. It's a one-time check: your NIN and a quick selfie, matched to your government photo. It takes about two minutes.
